Shipping Information

We process and ship all orders from our Colorado mobile shop. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays). Large quantity orders and custom designed orders may take more time to prepare and we will notify you of expected order completion date. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All of our items will be sent out as priority shipping within the continental U.S. Please contact info@centraldesigncompany.com to inquire about expedited shipping options.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email info@centraldesigncompany.com and we will review any returns or exchanges on a case by case basis. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us with proof of damage and we will process a replacement order.
