We are a female owned company from the Golden, Colorado area, united by a shared love of design, craftsmanship, and thoughtful detail. With diverse backgrounds in design, art, and fabrication, our small but mighty team brings heart and precision to every product we create. We take pride in producing high-quality goods that are both functional and beautiful—solutions that help connect a message, elevate a brand, or complete a space with intention.
Each piece we make is laser cut and hand finished in-house, using materials sourced from selective lumber mills and premier suppliers. We prioritize clarity, consistency, and craftsmanship—from crystal-clear acrylics to plywoods with uniform density and premium adhesives. Sustainability is built into our process: we minimize waste by upcycling scrap into wall art, decor, and accessories—extending the life and story of every material we use.

MEET THE DESIGNER
Sarah aka “Barker” is the creative force behind Central Design Company, blending a strategic background in marketing and brand development with a deep-rooted passion for her career as an Interior Designer. Her career spans commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors—each project reflecting her signature approach: design that connects function with emotion and aesthetics with purpose.
As an NCIDQ-certified designer, Sarah is known for her ability to translate vision into reality, always pushing the boundaries of spatial storytelling. She believes that at the heart of impactful design lies a clear concept—one that connects people to place.
In 2020, Sarah founded Central Design Company with a mission to elevate the overlooked “afterthoughts” of design. What began as a small operation focused on thoughtfully crafted goods has since evolved into a multi-faceted design studio offering design services along with curated art collections, greenery installations, signage, room scents, and custom products that complete and enhance built environments. Under her leadership, CENTRAL continues to grow its presence and offerings—staying true to its core: creating intentional spaces that leave lasting impressions.
